I came across this site from whiskycast.com (love that show) and when I saw what all was here, knew that I found a place where I can start entering my notes online.  

My blog here will be what I have tried and when - I am working to develop a vocabulary that better matches my senses.  This way I can explain more of what it is that I just like oh so much about this water of life...
